Giving the Shakespeare women a history Tickets and Dates

Taking place on Zoom on the second Wednesday of every month, our online Research Conversations provide you with the opportunity to listen to people who are engaged in Shakespeare-related research.

On 11 August we meet to mark three new entries in the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography: Anne Shakespeare, and her daughters, Judith Quiney and Susanna Hall. Are Anne, Susanna, and Judith of interest only in connection to Shakespeare, or do they have their own significance?

With Dr Anders Ingram, University of Oxford, and Professor Katherine Scheil, University of Minnesota.

The event begins with a thirty minute presentation and will be followed by an open discussion.

Sorry, there are no shows for Giving the Shakespeare women a history right now.
